This navy airline pilot cap is made for commercial airlines, charter operators, flight schools and aviation uniform suppliers. It has a traditional peaked-cap shape with a clean, slightly lowered crown that sits neatly with a formal pilot uniform.
The sample shown features a deep navy crown, a black ribbed band, silver braided trim and silver leaf embroidery across the visor. A wing-shaped metal badge completes the front. Inside, the cap is fitted with a mesh panel, a padded perforated sweatband and side ventilation eyelets for more comfortable daily wear.
The reinforced crown keeps its shape while maintaining the familiar profile used for airline pilot and flight crew uniforms. Crown height, angle and overall proportions can be adjusted to match an existing uniform specification.
The navy visor is decorated with silver bullion-style leaf embroidery. The embroidery pattern, density and color can be changed to reflect pilot rank or the customer’s uniform design.
The front metal wing badge can be produced from the buyer’s artwork. Badge shape, plating, enamel color, size and attachment method are all customizable.
